（注意）祝日、年末年始（12月29日から1月3日）は取り扱いできません。

Seal Registration

A Seal Registration Certificate is required for some contracts such as buying a car or house rental. Therefore, it is advisable to register your seal.

* Procedures
Foreign nationals over 15 years of age are qualified to register a seal. You should apply in person at the Citizens Section.

Documents to be submitted

• Resident card or special permanent resident certificate
• Seal engraved with your surname and/or your given name, which is the same as the name on the Resident card or special permanent resident certificate.
  (The size of a seal blank on the Seal Registration Certificate is 8mm to 25mm square: your seal must be within that size.)
